Well, what better way to start the year...

At least with a Maytag, broke, and I'll fix, and use for a while.

Just picked up, notified party early in week I would take, but they waited until the last minute today to make first contact...come get.

A pic or two still on the truck.

Problem/Symptom>>no agitate, spin only.

They replaced belt/pulley at a cost to them of 63 bucks...said it was broke.

Mode shifter as in pic>>2nd pic looking thru glass, laying on side.

Hope you Enjoy,

LaVidaBoem

Post Script: I thought I would fix one, and use for a while,...see how she does over the long term...Oh, 4 year old machine.

cool

I recently got a broken down VMW cabrio and got it going-a bad capacitor on control board was cause-machine would just buzz and turn off ,displaying a trouble code...on my cabrio, early 2010 MFG,pump is vertical axis-looks like might be horizontal on your slightly later machine. Not real sure of wash effectiveness with factory water levels yet(actually fills quite high for "bulky"loads)but it does spin really nice-seems to balance well and gets up to speed fast.Washed a few loads in the cabrio, then rotated it out of lineup in favor of a 1982 speed queen-that washer now fully tested so might rotate the cabrio back into service for further play :)
