I have a Maytag E2L Master that leaks oil from time to time, its a thick grease that comes out of a what I think is a weap hole, made by manufacture. Is this normal, or should i be worried??

You should be a little worried
Eventually it will run out of oil and then damage the transmission. It depends how much or little is leaking. It will probably run for a long time. It could be a sign that water is leaking into the transmission and pushing oil out. That can have very bad results. I'm sure someone with better knowledge of these machines will chime in.

Newer Maytag wringers are notorious for dripping oil. It's nothing to worry about too much. The wife's uncle had his Mayatg for close to 30yrs. and it dripped oil without harming the machine at all.

MT WRINGER WASHER OIL LEAK
It depends where its leaking from. If its leaking from around the input shaft seal where the drive pulley is attached its probably not as bad. If its coming out the vent hole on top of the casing that goes to the wringer its more likely that water is leaking into the transmission around the agitator shaft seal. If you look at a sample of the oil that has leaked out you can tell if it has water in it, it will have a muddy cloudy look to it. It is true that most washers can leak oil for many many years in most cases before any harm will come to the operation of he washer. Washer transmissions are not like an automotive engines they can run on almost no oil for years.

Thanks to all, for the replies. As it turned out, I think it was, or is, two different oil leaks, one small ( little drops ) once in a while, dark brown in color, thin consistency, so little not sure where its coming from, and a one time only, (so far) from the vent hole (top casing) that was a very thick grayish brown color. After wipeing it off, and running the machine for a few more loads, it seems to have stoped? If anyone has any ideas, I`d love to hear them. Thanks Stan. P.S my E2L is a 1954 model, red bar
