Long-time friend lives up the way in Shawnee.

White dryer to the right ... WCI, Wards or Westy or some such?  Or KM or KA?

The console to the right looks like Speed Queen or Amana.

Yes the hidden dryer is an Amana circa 1993.

This is White Consolidated or White Westinghouse?

Certainly before Whirlpool bought the name.

At the time this dryer was built Amana was still owned by Raytheon. It sold to Goodman in 1997 which kept the HVAC line when selling the appliance line to Maytag in 2002. Whirlpool purchased Maytag in 2006 acquiring the Amana line which is still made by Whirlpool today.
