These were overall pretty unreliable. Whirlpoop discontinued parts for these almost immeadilty after they acquired Maytag, angering a bunch of owners who couldn't fix their relatively new appliance.

First time I saw this dryer and matching washer was on Oprah when she gave away her favourite things at Christmas. I thought they were the coolest things.
