A new or used Dodge Caravan are great for hauling and all around use, since 2008 these get 30 MPG on the highway.
Another really perfect vehicle is a Ram Pro-master City Van, these have a nearly 1 ton capacity great tie-down hooks built into the cargo floor and get around 28 MPG on the highway and great for towing with the HD 9 speed transmission.
Either one of these can be had for around 22-25,000 new and we currently have 6 of these vehicles and reliably is very good and servicing costs reasonable.
