Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

The second set looks like an A710 and a D610 or 810... Hmm. I wish this was here in Halifax, dream set right there!!

Almond models had black control panels

That's the 2nd down from TOL from 1995 and it looks like, I say it LOOKS like, it's a Suds Saver, to boot. Didn't think any of those models came as Sudsers. That dryer is also a terrific performer. All you need to do is put an old turquoise Power Fin agitator in that machine and you're lookin' at washing goodness.

Powerfin Agitator

Hey Ken, would the powerfin agi put too much strain on the transmission? Or am I just worrying too much haha

power fin agitator

I have a turquoise power fin agitator that I would give free to a good home...pay shipping only. I no longer have a Maytag, except for a wringer machine and have no use for the agitator.

The First set

Is a little harder to identify exactly because the picture is so poor. It could either be a 12 series from the late 80s into about 1990 or so (which I believe could be either long stroke transmission or short stroke orbital from late in the run) or it might be even a little later up to about 1994 when the consoles were changed to white.
