My mum has a similar model!
I bought an Aussie version of a similar model for my mum in May 1994 and it has run without fault all these years.

Gary, another great catch! I have that exact same large-capacity PowerFlex agitator that I tried in my '55. Surprisingly enough, it wasn't as anemic at 54 OPM as I thought...

Yeah, I do have that page and as soon as I can find it I'll scan it and post it. That machine you're talking about is the machine I WANTED to buy and SHOULD HAVE bought, but, in a moment of weakness, I went for the model right underneath it (without the buttons and extra choices)because my local dealer had it in stock and was offering it at a special price. It's a great machine and is still going strong, but I know myself better than that, always go for more buttons.

It was exciting to get a 'real' Maytag. I guess I got bitten by the 'Maytag bug' while visiting Tucson. Now I can't stop.

I believe it is 160 or thereabouts on Normal speed. A tad bit slower than a DD Whirly-Kenmore, which is 180.
Here are the TOL's:
I've seen the TOL models a few times behind bLowes, picked up one nice looking machine and resold it. Only have seen the electronic versions in the stores - would love to find one to play with though...
We need to find a machine like this for member LLMaytag in Los Angeles. He is currently suffering horribly with a DD WP.
