When I set it on Bulky Items (Bed sheets, pillow cases, etc..) the spin wasnt as it should be. It was slower than the speed set on "Max Extract". After the cycle had finished, I had to set it on Spin Only, spinning it again, this time, on the exact speed of Max Extract. I don't know why my Neptune doesnt spin as it should.

If by "bulky" you mean down duvets, I spin down filled items at 1200 since better spin extraction means faster and more even drying. Bed linen are either 900 or in the case of thin percales, a series of short spins at 900. Fine percale shirts and well as linens dry so fast that find too much spinning leads to creases.

When I put the Cabrio on "Bulky Items" it will not allow me to select high speed spin. Only Medium or low. This is because most bulky items are pillows, comforters, and other items in this catagory. When you put pillows on high speed spin, the foam gets distorted and out of place, basically ruining the pillow, same thing with say a down comforter. If you have bulky items that wont be harmed, try a different cycle that allows a faster final spin. Im not 100% posistive the cycles you have on your neptune, but try heavy duty, or sheets if you have those available!
