A few months ago, I had replaced the pump in my A612, and looking at the inside made me know something wasn’t right. Oil from the transmission was sprayed all over the walls of the inside of the cabinet, getting into the pulley system and making it a disgusting mess. After a while I cleaned it up, and looked for a spanner wrench for the tub nut. The only problem was, I got the wrong size. So after a while of searching, I finally got the right size of spanner wrench, and when I went to remove the nut for the transmission issue, it wouldn’t budge. I’ve heard of people just chiseling off the tub nut, but then I wondered, where do you find another one. So I’m stuck in a pickle, and if worst comes to worst, I’ll scrap it and sell parts to you guys for cheap. Also the tub is unbalanced and the washer has been out of commission for months.
