Friends of mine from church had (get this) a Calypso washer & one of these dryers. The wife absolutely loved both of them. She dread the day either one would no longer be repairable.

Yes how unfortunate the planned-obsolescence of that drying cabinet was, just in time for when the novelty wore off & hard to repair as in keep working, for it to be discontinued...
