Maytag Wringer Pump On/Off Linkage

Does anyone know of an on/off lever and linkage and bracket that attaches to the the skirt for a Maytag wringer washer that's available?

I bought the pump from Phil

And was in a quandary when it showed up without the lever and the linkage. I figured out then that they don't come as a set. I bought the skirt lever and linkage from Dave's Repair. His email is [email protected] or google him. He helped me out with a couple of projects.
