Message for CleanteamofNY Malber WD800

Hi, I just bought a used Malber WD800 combo, do you know how to service the internal blower motor. Os there a lint cleanout? just cleaning the unit up and wanted to tune it up before I install it. Any advice would help.

I had that same machine for a short period of time.
The only thing that I've cleaned was the main lint filter at the bottom of the machine, as for the blower assembly,
it should be on top when you take the panel off, but I never serviced the unit.

I think I have a faulty blower motor. Guy I bought if from says it wasn't drying like it was supposed to. I'll be investigating the operation while I detail it.

The blower wheel gets clogged with lint and stops blowing air around. Pull it apart, clean the blower wheel and vacuum out anything else you can get to. Run it with the top off to see if the blower motor spins in dry mode. Be sure to check the heating element and thermostats for continuity while you are in there. Oversudsing is a known heating element killer.

Here is a picture I snapped of the blower wheel inside the malber WD800.
When I turn the wheel by hand it freewheels easily. But when the power is turned on the wheel slides out a little causing the inside portion of the blower to hang up on the housing.
If I push the wheel in when it's powered up, the blower ramps right up to speed. Are there bushings in there? Quite a bit to remove to get at it. Otherwise everything else works, heater, pump, timers and a steady chassis during all stages of the wash cycle. I also contacted Malber today to see if they could fax or email the proceedure on how to service the blower motor.
