Is this the American one? My colleague in London has me send/bring over refills for it occasionally.

The UK and US versions are the same as far as I can see, have you asked your friend to just get the refill from UK? lol

I emailed Method regarding the x6 concentrated for UK and the x8 in the US.

Their response:

I've checked with our team and the concentration is the same, 4pumps=1 dose (12ml). It just has a different sleeve artwork to make it more relevant to the UK market.
