Mid 70's-late 80's GE Electric Dryer

My Father brought this home from a friend that he is working with. They have purchased a new Whirlpool set for useless reasons. I use a GAS Dryer because I once brought in a Whirlpool Cabrio Electric Dryer and the Electric bill went up $20. Gas is kinda cheaply priced because the GAS Bill only went down a few bucks. Anyways Should I sell it on Craigslist or should I just part it out and Play 21 gun salute by cody martin in the background and cry as I do it? HELP!

Part It Out, Or Fix It ?

I would do what ever can make you some cash, rebuilding it can be a good learning experience and can earn you at least $100 when you sell it for $125 or more if you deliver, install and guarantee it, or just let someone come and buy it.

Hi Kelly, what did you end up doing with the GE dryer ?

 

And how is the calypso doing ? I assume you got the control panel I sent.
