Hello, I have a Miele G2141SCU. I was wondering if the water pressure is different per cycle? For example, is the pressure higher in Pots and Pans, than Economy?

Thanks

Another question, my Miele only does one post wash rinse in the Normal Cycle. I did adjust the settings to add a second rinse, but it only added it in the Economy and Pots and Pans wash. How safe is it for it to rinse just once?

From what I am seeing in the TI, the pressure depends on the cycle. If your machine has a glass/china cycle, it will use a lower pressure/temperature. Also, if you have the short/turbo option, it will use more water, higher temperatures and a higher pressure.

As for the second rinse, I'd turn it on, but I am paranoid of soap residue...

My Miele dishwasher uses different pressure not only for different cycles but during the same cycles. On the Intensive cycle you can hear the wash 'sloosh' sounds change as the pump pressure cycles between the top and bottom baskets. I've also heard slight changes in pressure during the Normal cycle but not as noticeable as the Intensive cycle, the delicate/glass cycle is near silent.
