Hello everyone. Can someone please give me information on when this model was made? I bought her in used condition and am very happy. Just need to glue the control knob back, but can manage as is. I struggle to decode the serial nr. Just realy like to know the age. Thank's in advance.

I had a G885 model that had similar-looking controls. It was sold in the USA and 1996.

Congratulations on the dishwasher!

You are looking at around 99/2000 if it has the Universal 65 cycle. The later versions from around 2001 had the Intensive 75 cycle rather than Universal 65, and were sold up until 2005.

The dishwasher is very smart, and perform beautifully. I had one for a while a couple of years ago and most things will come clean on the normal 50° cycle which only takes about an hour. Universal plus catered for anything that was baked on - never needed to use Intensive.

I bought one similar on sale, December 2002. After having a rest for a few of years it is in regular use once again. The UK version would be slightly different as our 13Amp sockets could not cope with 3.3KW loading. It always performed well for me

Yes Jon it has the universal 65, and i use the normal cycle daily and it cleans beautifully.
I have had a few different brands of dishwashers over the years and must say this miele is the best.
