Miele Professional WS 5425 MC 13

Hi,

We have this machine in the laundry of the flats I am living in. I have a couple of problems with it, firstly the washing action seems quite slow (think modern Indesit) and the rinsing is pretty poor. It only does 3 rinses with the water just to the rim of the drum, and the interm spins are 3 very short and very slow spin bursts.

I've looked at the operating manual online and it says additional options can be programmed, but only by a miele service dealer.

Does anyone know if the number of rinses/rinse water level and washing action can be increased? If so, can anyone tell me how to do this?

Service mode for ws 5425

Hello, The ws 5425 is a commercial machine and it can be easily customised to suit the needs you have. I have the Service Mode options and how to access them. Unfortunately these are written in German but not too difficult to translate. If it can be of any help I can email you all the instructions to change wash parameters.

It would be great if you could email them to me, this is the first time I've been able to use a Miele and I was very dissappointed when I saw it wasn't working like I expected.

I do know some German but I'm sure I can figure out the rest.

Help please !!! - Miele WS 5425/5426

Hello!

A few months ago I've bought a used washing machine WS 5426 MC13(no speed changer) with gravity drain of water. All was allright, but a few weeks ago in my house was fire and washing machine get wet in fire extinction. Unfortunately, after all a programmer flashed all the LEDs. - Now all electronics is absolutely dry and already all the LEDs are not lit at the same time. Washing machine working but not properly. - Some functions have changed and I think, that washing machine was reprogrammed.
I want to try to program it again correctly. -
Unfortunately, I live in a small village in Poland, and I have 4 children - I'm not rich and Miele service in Poland is very expensive. That's why I want to try myself.
Can you help me Marco or any other ? - I've read , that you have the Service Mode options and how to access them. - Can you send it to my e-mail : [email protected] - I know, that was about WS 5425, but I think it will be similar.
