Hi Laundress,

After messaging a few times I managed to get it sent. He also had an electronic unit for the machine so I’ve bought that as a spare just in case.

I will definitely do some videos and put them on my YouTube channel

Always lay in a supply of NOS spares for vintage Miele washers and dryers when spotted on offer, especially if at a good price.

While Miele USA, Europe or elsewhere will give the official line "model is obsolete, we no longer stock parts....", there often is still a bit left out there somewhere.

Long story short if your Miele washer, dryer, or dishwasher is at or over 15 years old, obtaining spares directly from them may prove difficult it not impossible.
