I have a Miele vac, a 328i I think, though the model number is scratched so this might be wrong. It is about five to ten years old, bright red, a "cat and dog 1300".
It has stopped working, the electronic control board has died. It looks like a very simple circuit, about $2 worth of components on it. The spare part is $204, which is ridiculous as I can buy a whole new Miele vac for about the same.
I'd appreciate some help - preferably a circuit diagram, or advice where I can get a new speed control board for a reasonable price. The burned component is a resistor, plus the triac may as well be changed too. I can read numbers off the triac but the resistor is burned beyond recognition. The circuit board has some numbers on it -
EDL 315 and T-Nr: 04811510 9707
The number 9707 os stamped on the board too.
The burned resistor has a rectangular hole in the board to allow some cooling airflow over it, the only resistor that does.
Any clues??
Thanks
Chris.
