miele w3033 change voltage from 120 to 220

I, I have a Miele w3033 120V and I woud like to change the voltage to 220/240 60Hz.
It looks that only the heat element works at 120V so maybe changing that and disconnect the step up transformer maybe works. hope some of you can help me to do it. Thanks.

I don't have any advice to offer. But I would love to hear if this is actually possible.

Methinks it cant be done unless the transformer in the machine is changed out. I would think that since its the same washer coming off the line in Germany and they just give it the transformers for the country where they plan on sending said machine with power cord. Hmmmm makes me wonder too now....

i think its imposible if the wiring is for 120 volts witch is the standard for canada and the us.

Yes, it is probable Miele only created a 120v machine by adding a transformer to a 220v washer, but unless one is sure nothing requires pure 120v power there could be problems.

yes it is possible by removing the transformer,change the heat element and the cord but miele do not want to be responsible on this. So the thing is how to remove the transformer and conect direcly the electronic. It looks like at the moment the electronic is conected with a neutral and a 220 line from the transformet. What I have to do???? thanks.
