I wonder if this is some kind of joke. The add (on Craigslist Tel Aviv) describes this as a Mieler Austrian dryer. It's 4 years old and in good condition. It doesn't look at all like a Miele, but the name Mieler is written in a very similar font as Miele uses. Only difference is that it is in red.

That is Chinese made, I've seen it similar on Amazon.com for the American market on a 120V version, should be a total crap! :D

Bogus names

i always think it is funny when this kind of attempt to cash in on a known good brand comes along, i remember in 1970s several hi quality hi-fi companies had there names tweeked on some inferior product.

and now of course with the chinese buying up every available name and sticking it on any bit of old tosh its going to be rife
 
Wall mounting

Is not at all unusual here.

Every European sized dryer made or designed here has been able to wall mounted - generally upside down at that.

Dryers from Simpson, Electrolux (not the European ones), Fisher and Paykel, Westinghouse and Hoover (older style) are all wall mountable.
