6 year update.
W1 has had a substantially easier life cycle wise than the 1215 with all the ankle biters gone out of the house.
Having nat gas up here pushed me toward the Speed Queen DR7 you see here. I'll get a stand for it.
This is a solid combo.
We have terrible power continuity up here in the sierras and being able to power the dryer off a genset is a very real possibility and this lowers the load tremendously from an electrical unit.
I miss the lightning fast water heating the 240V system got me, but the W1 is a step up every where else.
I'm at 19 ML soap for a full 8KG load, using persil refilling twindos carts.
Our clothes are being fed the equivalent of Evian out of the ground run through several stages of filtration correction and carbon.
