Hickok testers

are generally excellent, I wish I'd hung on to my 6000a, haven't had a tester since I sold that and my B&K 747 a few years ago... Rex if you know of a working Hickok or B&K 707 or other mutual cond. unit at any kind of reasonable price let me know, I have a bunch of tubes I need to check before I can sell them and I refuse to pay the crazy tester prices on ebay. Used to pick good testers up for 25 bucks all the time... those days are gone!

I am not looking for tube checkers at this time--but they show up on occasion at surplus places or suppliers.Since tubes haven't been used for awhile-yes,tube testers are getting harder to find.Just have to keep looking.If I should need to test tubes-just use one of the Hickock testers here at work.Guess I haven't bought my own tester since the workplaces had them.
