All the great discussions here started by Kelly and Hans about making pie crust got me in a pie mood last weekend. I love making pies, but always find a challenge in making the crust. After years of doing it, I'm much better than I used to be, but I've taken a lot of pie crust advice off AW in the past week and thank you all.
I thought we were in for an early start to autumn, and began with idea to make a pumpkin pie. Then the weather got hot again, and so did I! So, I ended up putting some fruit together that I had in my freezer and came up with this combo.
