My 1981 Kenmore 70 series small restore

Hi these are a few pics of my restore on my washer. I put in a new timer , cleaned both tubs and sprayed them with rubber coating due to rust. I re sealed all penetrations in the outer tub . Painted the outside touched up the inside ring around the tub. Oiled all moving parts so in all it was a good semi restore but I could not remove the outer tub to get to the table it was extremely difficult so I did the best I can with everything else.

Everything went well

Thanks guy! I have an update the washer works even better no problems, I even added a new power cord and new hoses . I have to Pat myself on the back I didn't think I could work on a washing machine successfully .
