Thought about this when I as perusing the WP site last night and noticed the 6.5 cuy. ft. and the 7.0 cu. ft. dryer models looked exactly alike in the picture on the web site. I thought, oops, I bet Jim's dryer is the 6.5 Nice dryer.
I really like how the bulkhead in the Whirlpool dryer bumps out a little to gently guide clothing away from the hot air outlet. Help to keep that aluminum grill from darkening from burning fabric softener...

Just got her hooked up and running. I really wish we had 220 service in the laundry, I don't really like working with gas. I'm getting ready to wash a load of clothes for her load, in just a couple of minutes.
I don't know if it's my imagination, but the drum on the new dryer looks quite a bit larger than then drum on my Frigidaire Gallery dryer. First load just went in to dry--3 pairs of jeans, some t-shirts and couple of slacks. Started at 11:25 drying on med heat.
The dryer buzzed at 12:30. The jeans were just a little damp in placed mostly the seams.
