I would have sold my soul to have a Maytag Neptune back when I was younger. That's when we had just gotten our Atlantis MAV6300, which I adored and is still going now at my father in law's. Those brochures for the Neptune at the time had me salivating though. I'd have made a place for a second washer in that old house we lived in, lol. If I had the chance to get one now I'd jump in a heartbeat, though I could only hope that I would hit a lucky strike and find one that was well cared for, and we all know how unlikely that normally is.
That stacked unit is beautiful though!! I can look at the picture and just hear the sloshing of that balance ring; takes me back to when Tuscumbia, AL had a true Maytag store. I'd beg to go to Spring Park just to walk up the hill and go in the store, and I'd always have to open one up and turn that tub by hand and loved the sound it made.
