Bethann - I found a place online that will take the creamains of your loved one (pet or spouse, etc.) and by some magical high-pressure process, make it into a diamond... Perhaps we can just have a couple of baguettes ;-)

well, max is feeling a lot better, tho he still has to wear the cone until his stitches come out on Saturday. Now the cone just gets in the way, he can't get through his doggie door and can't play with our other dogs, so he now takes his frustration out on my shoes and anything that dangles (meaning phone cords, curtains and anything on the clothesline)of course i imagine many of you can think of other things that 'dangle' but we won't go there. Luckily he has stopped marking his territory all over our carpet. Here he is after another rampage on my shoes, looking a bit guilty and giving me the puppy eyes after a telling off.

I don't see what the big deal is; I lost mine when I was 8 years old and I haven't missed the darn things.

Seriously though, IMHO half of the human species should be spayed & neutered, and that would put a quick end to starvation, most wars, climate change, the geopolitics of energy, and probably most of the violent crime as well.

When you see street thugs shooting each other, or the likes of Lay & Skilling (the Enron guys), think: ferals & strays. These can be prevented. All it takes is a little snip-snip.

BTW, I do hope your kitty was anaesthetised before Doc removed those pesky things.
