My washer is loud and shakes

I have a Whirlpool WTW5000DW washer (unsure of the age) that is very loud and shakes during spin cycle. Every time it spins it is loud and shakes.

Would it be suspension rods? What part would it be?

D in the model number indicates 2014 model-year. Some models are produced for longer than one year. The serial number is coded for the year and week of factory production.

Based on the video it sounds like your washer has a combination of bad bearings and a bad tub bushing

I blame Whirlpool for coming out with this stupid design. You cannot support a heavy tub like that. The direct drive held the tub from the bottom.

Jerome, classic belt-drive Kenmore/Whirlpool had the steel baseplate, tub, and entire mechanism hanging on three suspension rods, no support beneath. So it apparently can be done, for upwards of 40 production years.
