It's a windscreen wiper motor from a SAAB. (Or maybe a Volvo?)

(I have an Electrolux heater fan motor from a SAAB 99, so I know they make car parts.)

This is the windshield wiper motor off my 1990 SAAB convertible. I thought I could throw you guys with the electrolux stamp on it!
