Carol Merril

Well, Bobby just left, but the first thing he told me when he came in was that he was snickering through parts of the service, thinking about poor dead Carol Merril and Gomada (sp) Josephine!

We had a great time yesterday AND today, and are looking forward to the next one (maybe this summer?) thanks to everyone who came! I'm sure Rich will have more to add later!

Why is toggle smiling?
HA wouldn't you like to know.......

Because of the fact that everyone got to sample my treats and they liked it!

If that don't work, see my distance in the pic to a nice inseam area. Prety close huh?

Learned so many new things including one-liners like...
She gets more hook-ups than cable. TE HE HE HE HE HE

Thanks all for an incredibly good time. Will fwd. my entire pic folder of the event to all in attendance.

Then will post some good shots.

This was my first Downey Ball Wash-in and I had a blast.
I've just roll in 60 minuets ago went shopping in Boston and here in NY (Pathmark) to fix dinner for my ole man who is sitting on the couch looking at last week American Idol.

Anyway, I want to thank Rich and Chuck for inviting all of us to his gracious home and to all the north east Applianceville members who showed up, each and everyone of you have made my day! It was a scream and a half and I will always treasure each and every moment within my heart!

Once again I must say thank you!

Larry

Less than 3 weeks away...the countdown begins! :)

Ooh...Ooh...Ooh...

I forgot to mention what a treat it was to sample Larry's buns for breakfast!!!!!!!

Seriously, Larry, they were a treat and who knew your buns would go so well with marmalade???!!!

Chuck

Ron, if there are ANY incriminating pictures that include you, I DEFINITELY wanna see each and everyone of them. And the same goes for John (Coldspot66) (he he he)

A great time was had by all!

I left my house yesterday morning really not knowing what to expect. I was very nervous about meeting all these new people, and what they would think of me. By the end of the night, I felt totally different. What a fabulous bunch! Rich and Chuck, you are such gracious hosts. Thanks for everything! Glad you enjoyed seeing my vacuums.

Everything was great, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Rich's typewriter collection is nothing short of amazing, and his small appliance collection is beautiful. The food was fabulous, and it was lots of fun firing up the old Maytag wringer washer. I hope we can put together another wash-in in the near future.

I have been feeling rather down since it has ended. It came and went so fast! I might have been there for over twelve hours, but it felt more like twelve minutes. Time flies when you're having fun!

BASED on the advertisement

Steve toggleswitch did a wonderuful (clean and germie as he is) job on the food. He is so perfect when it comes to clean and food. Bet it was the best money could buy, or for lack of sense, looks!

Steve

Hahaha,
Chuck, those bunns they eat well cold and nuked warm and they are even better fresh out of the oven.

Time to go streaking........, hot bunns on fire.

Oh yea, I had a few for dinner and you are right!
Enjoy and I hope the pies are good too, it goes well with a nice pot of your freshly ground coffee in that vintage pot that you served for us!

Luv ya darling!

Mona dawling, Mona says hi!....ls that fuzzy thing a Ferret

A wonderful and heart-felt thank you to our hosts who moved mountains to make for a great event. Speical thanks to all my/our new friends for all the dish and dirt and jokes and laughs. The meals were delicious, the company great and the comraderie amazing.

Oh did I mention that I picked up a vintage coffee-maker and washer? Oh yes GF, fun laughs and a *NEW* (to me) vintage machine. [Details to follow].

I had fun introducing myself only as *Steve*. (Got a few *ho- hums*) LATER I said TOGGLE...and some of the guests' eyes almost fell out. TE HE HE HE.

I seriously can't thank all enough for the amazing life-long memories that were made.

Oh and Evan, thanks again for the vacuum parts. Your demo and knowledge of vas is legendary.

Evan, I'm particularly glad you had such a great time. I knew how nervous you were. And you are experiencing what eeach and every one of us experirences: post-wash-in/convention blues. The real world sucks.

Oh Toggle

I never thought you were a three way bulb, but I bet that would be fun. I wish we had Wash ins down here in the south.
Toggle I would love to see more pics of you. Tim

How was that hanging off the canolli filling spigot?

Tim:

There are pics of many of us in a picture thread (yellow) Imperial section.

Of course the wire-transfers-in of HUSH money have not yet arrived, so I may have to sell the incriminating photos to the highest bidders to cover the cost of my trip and purchases. J/K!!!

*LOL*

I love me, who do YOU love?

Said:

"Steve toggleswitch did a wonderuful (clean and germie as he is) job on the food".
---Oh Steve, you poor mis-guided soul, who said I was clean? Vicious lies I tell you.

He is so perfect when it comes to clean and food.
---I can cook and clean and out-do any OCD person. But PERFECT? NO!

Bet it was the best money could buy.
---I have never charged yet for the good stuff. Cleaning organizing and cooking services are avaialable for a fee. (wink)

or for lack of sense, looks!
--Honey, if you like how it looks, get an eye exam. LOL
Donations to fund my Brazilian "lift it, fold it, tuck it and remove it" plastic-surgery fund may be sent to ...........

All in good fun. Thanks for the good review Stevie B.
Just for that, I will send you (later today) the GOOD pics of the event.

Hi all,
Back to work on a gloomy Monday morning. Whoever said the real world sucks isn't kidding. I have to give the biggest and best kudos to our fabulous hosts, Rich and Chuck, their hospitality was beyond words. As for everyone else, I could not have been with a more wonderful group of people, never laughed so hard in my life, and yes Evan, it seemed to be over in seconds. Now I have the post wash-in blues. Thank you all for a wonderful time, it was a pleasure to meet all of you, and here's to new friendships. Evan, thank you for sharing your collection of vacuums. They rock! And Larry, why the hell did you go south on 95 to get to Quincy? I thought you'd be lost forever! LOL to all,
Bobby in Boston
