My Cannoli shells are in a bag, and my filling is ready. I got my pastry bag in hand fitted with a 'star' tip. So....look out. I am ready to fill those Cannolis. LOL

Well two cherry top cheese cake pies are almost ready and the "Out of this world rolls" doing it first rise as we read this and will be ready to put down again around 4 PM, rolled placed in the pan and baked at 7 if all goes well! This is the express method.

If someone wants one of the pies to be topped with blueberry, please tell me before I leave tonight!
I will check back later for an answer.....
