Need help with DE50

I improvised on one with an inner tube from an old tire and it worked except that sometimes when you start or stop the machine, it pops off. According to my thermometer, the exhaust temperature is around 154 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm guessing that the temperature in the drum is around 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, the belt is very shaky because it is rubber, and squeaks a little. Has anyone found one that I can get for a decent price? Again, that would be GREAT to have the proper belt for the machine.

Blower Belt For A DE50
There are companies that will custom make urethane belts for a fairly reasonable price, my brother Jeff got some pump belts made for our 29" KM combos.
The exhaust air temperature would be about the same as the temperature inside the dryer drum.

I can't be entirely sure from the blurry photo but is it a round urethane belt?
If so McMaster Carr likely has what you need.

I think they have a vendor custom weld the loops if you order an O-Ring continuous belt. They also have a hollow belting that you can use with a coupler to make a loop.

Me Too...
I need the exact same belt.
All other belts in the unit are made of rubber.
But the exhaust fan made of silicone that gets brittle and cracks.

On my machine, I believe the fan is bakelite, not silicone. I don't know about the belt material, it is kind of brittle. I don't know what the drum belt is made out of. THANK YOU THIS IS A LIFE SAVER. THNAK THE LORD FOR AUTOMATICWASHER!

Urethane Belts
Thanks for the link to the vendor. It seems to be the achilles heal of both the DE50 and A50. I purchased a new belt for the A50 a while back, and the weld broke (OEM Maytag belt) and the urethane belt on the dryer now slaps the shroud all the time which is what it did before it broke as well.
John, where did Jeff get his urethane belts made, I remember talking to him about it the last time I was there but I can't remember where he said.

Pic No. 1: this is a microfiber cloth in a spring clamp that will hold the drum while I remove it, as seen in Pic No.2. Pic No. 3, 4: the back is removed and the wires to the cord and cycling thermostat are disconnected. Pic No. 5: drum removed, giving access to the timer, in Pic No. 6. Pic No. 7 this is the belt for the drum, which is in ok condition Pic No. 8: this is the motor removed from the timer. On the meter, the 1 . Means infinite ohms, so the motor is bad Pic No. 9,10,11: here are some numbers which may mean the part.
