It looks like a Speed Queen clone to me. IF I remember right, Speed Queen recently made or maybe still makes a wringer washer. They are featured at Lehman's Hardware or www.lehmans.com.

It's a speed Queen with a Amana-tag on it.
It may be rare to see a different name plate on it but its still a Speed Queen!
