It does look kinda mint, if you are seriously interested please email me and I will forward you this guys email address...

This Kitchen has NEVER been used it was a display only purchased by my Uncle for a future use.. The entire kitchen center is in pristine condition.. Washer/Dryer combo Model 1wd 562NIG, Oven/Stove Model 1J247G1n1, Top Loading Dishwasher Model 1SS600NG (or a 6instead of the G), Refrigerator Cat# KTCVR Mod 495...

The Washer, Dishwasher and Stove Oven are all connected with a single stainless countertop which contains a sink and dishwasher between the washer and dishwasher.. The Refrigerator is a 3 door horizontally wall mounted unit that was I believe to be installed above the kitchen center...

Any info or interest that you may have please let me know..

Located in beautiful C...I mean KOUNTZE

Hmmm, only 2 hours from me, but where the hell would I put it? Glenn, are you interested? It would look nice in your house...

Justin, GE often mixed pink and turquoise in their kitchens with the base cabinets being one color and the wall cabinets another. The one we rescued had the deep cadet blue base cabinets and pink wall cabinets and wall mounted refrigerator.

I can't see enough detail on the combo to read how the buttons are labeled, but if it has the water heater button, it is probably the first model and would have 4 tub vanes instead of 6 and would also have a real transmission. This was the only GE combo to spin after the drain period following the wash and the first two rinses, instead of just one spin at the end of the third rinse.

I wonder if the turquoise Club Aluminum is for sale also?

The cabinet under the sink contains the electrical and plumbing hook ups for the entire unit. There is one hot water connection and one cold as well as the drain. All are solid copper. There is one 240 volt connection to the breaker panel. All of the internal wiring and plumbing is installed at the factory.

Now that is cool. Glenn, you and Austin should make a road trip out of it and bring it home! At least see how much it might go for... How often do you find new, never used?

Tom, didn't the first GE combo not have a window? Hard to tell from the buttons at that distance. That Club in turquoise is pretty, to look at!

I'd love to have a wall refrigerator in my garage, it would be perfect for above a washer and dryer or the KDS-18 and compactor.

Our Combo

My families GE Combo purchased in 1956 about a month before my parents brought me home from the adoption agency was white, had a window, and my mom always told me it had FIVE rinses and I think it had two spins somewhere in between. Or perhaps she told me that it TRIED to spin 5 times until it (I don't know what). Perhaps someone else knows. My Mom is 80 and doesn't remember. She tries but doesn't have the same old appliance obsession that I have.
