Never Used? GE Kitchen Center in Kountze, Texas

I don't know about the undercounter models, but my machine (when it was in service before this recent incident) had 3 rinses, and 3 spin/distribution phases. After the gearmotor slowed the tub back down again, the machine would shut off, pause for a few seconds, begin tumbling for a few more seconds, then the timer would advance and you would hear the gearmotor wind up for spin again. Very interesting to say the least.

There are flush rinses during the drain phases, perhaps that would account for the extra rinses she remembers beyond the three deep rinses.

Yay, I have been looking high and low to find this. I have one too but it is not as beautiful as the turquiose one. We just bought a house and this is what it came with. I would like to sell it but did not even know where to start with what to call it and what it would be worth. I am not appliance junkies like you all and if anyone has any advice for me, it would be much appreciated. I will attach a picture. Thank you so much.

Update on the GE

I emailed the seller last week, and he responded today that he had not been feeling well, which is why he had not been able to answer any emails. Will let you know when I hear more.

That is a beautiful Sunny Yellow GE kitchen center you have there. There was an identical model in California on eBay (out of the house though) quite a while back that never sold. Good luck finding a home for it, and removing it if you plan to remodel! Hopefully someone with a big enough place will be able to get it. I noticed the owners who put it in did not opt for the matching wall refrigerator, very interesting.

I have to say, the main issue with not being able to find homes for these (or transport them easily) is the sheer size of them. Since it is one piece and non-modular, it requires a large amount of space to store, which is really why not everyone wants one. I'm willing to bet the main unit weighs 1000 lbs or more.
