New Candy Models

Hiya

Thers a few new Candy models out in Italy... called Grando
they look like a cross between the new Hotpoint models and the new Miele ones!
Hoover might release similar ones soon

You should call them Grandò...as they are bigger.

Nowadays the most of brands are producing washers like them. I note that especially here unfortunately in Europe we're loosing TL, against FL ones!

FL are becoming stronger, bigger, reliable! As in the states people appreciate FL (maintaning TL, which are different from ours), I suppose producers are making these wahsers (see at Whirlpool Duet, or Ariston Aqualtis), to reach US market too... but it may not be true either.
Overethere wahsers like those are very appreciated!

In the case of Candy, they have only made a normal washer bigger, and have put on it a bigger lid!

Here is not new a FL, but I think American wouldn't see the time to purchase a wasers like thtat.

still 7.5kg just bigger casing....hmmm. looks quite nice though. maybe its a big 7.5kg. i was told to expect the new hoover range out this april by the hoover rep n i still havent seen any yet.

Grand design

I actually prefer the Candy design to similar big machine look Hotpoint/Ariston Aqualtis. It will be interesting if HooverCandy sell this in the Uk and whether it will be a Hoover badged machine, a Candy or both. If so i'm tempted to have one. I might hold fire on Importing a Hoover Vision until something stirs in Hooverland at Merthyr Tydfil.lol.

I love them.

Shame that the Hoover Vision never took off but i do think people want bigger appliances now. Imagine a Hoover version of this machine with that funky "power steer" dial featured on the Hoover Vision.

Hoovers new range is here too!
and the VISION is back with a 8kg capacity (Steve!!!!!)
