Hello!
I found your site in the hopes you may help me find a replacement heating element for an old oven. I'm trying to keep my wife happy and my budget in check. If I can get another 60 years from this thing it will be in the Smithsonian!....or a scrapyard....
Thanks in advance.

Provide the details of your oven, brand and model number, so replies can be specific. Photos are also helpful.

From what I could find on line, it appears you have a Frigidaire Flair stove. The bake element can be made to order if you can't readily find one through an appliance parts retailer. My nearby independent appliance parts store has sent out failed elements for me in the past to have a new exact copy made, and turnaround time was a couple of days. You may want to inquire about this service, but I would wager that only an independent operation will offer it.
