New Hotpoint Range

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

i love the new designs especially the aqualtis but i bet the wash programmed are still the same as the preview model except these ones have a new look, no/yea?

very smart looking machines!

I was wondering what Hotpoint were going to do to redesign their machines after having the 'Aristonesque' door look for over a decade. Love that stainless steel ultima, looks much nicer in a kitchen compared to aluminium.

Quite like the look of the washers apart from not doing away with them awful cold eco wash programmes. But they have made a terrible mistake of doing away with the glass doors on the vented dryers & putting horrible all plastic ones on.

Looks good....

The Aqualtis doesn't look dramatically different, only the lower models stand out as being new, mainly because of the different door. However the dryer looks much better than the current design.

Lets hope they've put as much thought into what's underneath this time.

'does anyone else think the programm dial on the top two

You arent the first person to mention that!

A group of us saw the thread, whilst at a small wash-in in Bristol (Dyson CR01, Philips Slimstar AWB117, Hotpoint 18580 amongst others) - cant remember who mentioned it, but the dial likeness to the old 17 and 18 series machines was flagged up.

A tribute to an old design by accident, or intentional?

Paul

Noticed it...

Paul, and I bet it's probably accidental.

Indesit want nothing to do with Hotpoint except their good name and reputation IMO.

I have noticed a little thing about the design of the WM5* machines in that the dispenser is shaped a little like the 18**/* machines don;t you think?

P.S. I've also sent you an email RE my machine.

James.
