I think we all new it was comming. I'll try to post pix if I can get my hands on the info. Its called epic. It resembles the KA F/L.

Scotty, I saw on appliance forum a post (was last spring) WP was going to be doing away with teh KA laundry and giving that premium line distinction to the Maytag brand name. At that time, it was a rumor.

It's really sad to see such a great empire just crumble like that. At least Whirlpool swallered Maytag up and not WCI

I think WCI reached the maximum allowable limit of the number of previously respected brands they could destroy, LOL---or should it be COL (cry out loud)?
