I won't call you sexy

OK Rick...how about "lookin' good!" ;-)

Love the bike; my sister had a purple Schwinn from about 1970. I was lucky enough to get the blue Peugot. We rode until we couldn't ride anymore!

Is that your home? It's fantastic! Love it! Of course, I know that photo wasn't taken this week.....waaaaaaay too cold (yes, I'm rubbing it in; 70's for Bellville today).

Question for rickr

First off, you look FANTASTIC in that pic! Your profile says you were born in 1954...so, is your washer plumbed in to the fountain of youth?

Secret???

Thanks! No secret to good health habits. I eat right, spend four hours a week in the gym, roller blade and ice skate, and ride my bike a LOT.Keep active, don't watch TV. I have used a mosturizer on my face for 30 years. I quit smoking years ago,and don't drink very much. I guess thats about it. Never had a face lift or anything like that. All original parts... LOL!!! Most people think I am in my early 30's.

The picture was taken last year in front of a friends house. We had just came back from a 20 mile bike hike.

Rick

Compwiz: You will be sexy in a few years! Don't be in a hurry!

Rick: I'm a girl and I think your sexy! To bad! And I seen him in person! I won't tell them about the Big mac, french fries, rum and coke or the cigars you were smoking either!LOL Just kiddin about MOST of the stuff!

traiin buff

"Trains are my other fancy, besides roller coasters and washers"

I'm a train (transportation) buff, too. Have been since teen years

glasses

"Sure wish I had remembered to take my glasses off (oh well!)"

Actually, the glasses are really the "normal" you as people probably see you most of the time. Taking them off wouldn't be the "real" you

diets and rollercoasters

"You are a rollercoaster fan? Me too. I'm on a diet (48 pounds so far), when I get below 200 lbs I have promised myself a pilgrimage to Mecca(Cedar Point)."

Which diet are you on? I'm doing Atkins, and I can hoestly say it really works. Just remember that you never really get OFF the diet, it has to be a permanent change in eating habits.

Been to Cdear Point, it's a blast.

Diet

I am on "Body for Life" from the book by Bill Phillips. It is a diet and exercise regime, I am in the gym 5-6 days a week. What did didn't tell, 48 pounds was fat, I have gained 25 in muscle, and taken my body fat from 38% to 23%. I'm shooting for 15%.

As you saw in the picture my wife is tiny, and before I started loosing weight, we looked like "Ren and Stimpy".

It seem like we have a number of rollercoaster fans. I am told that the "Pippin" at Liberty Land in Memphis is one of the oldest operating coasters in the country. I'm not sure about the history, I guess I need to look it up.

all that stuff

Now Bethann, I try to be entertaining at parties, but I can ALWAYS act like a fool without a drink or a cigarette in my hand. Whatever way you have a good time, thats all that matters. Did I ever show you my "Puttin' On The Ritz"?? It's always a real crowd pleaser!! LOL!!

Rick

You EEEDIOT!!!

Yup, Pippin is the 2nd oldest. But what's the first oldest rollercoaster in the US? Hint: It's not the Coney Island Cyclone.

Jax, I can't belive your wife is a Chihuahua. She's a sweetie like mine.
