New RCA washer

I found a new RCA washing machine for sale here. I haven't seen RCA branded machines for a very long time. It's a portable fully auto machine with a tub capacity of about 1.0 cu.ft. I have no idea who actually makes it, but my guess is that it is probably some Chinese manufacturer.

Anyway, two pictures for those of you who are curious...

Sorry I couldn't get any "money shots". The interior of the machine was packed full of foam and I didn't want to take it off the shelf unless I was going to buy it.

The hues on the control panel strike me as made by and for the Asian market.  Only the language is different.  AFAIK, RCA = GE = made in China.

i just bought this machine

my machine however is under the magic chef label. Its exactly the same machine. i purchased it after i moved when i downsized. This machine is incredible. cleans exceptionally well, very quiet, and super efficient. this machine comes in a 1, 1.6 and 2.0 cubic foot capacity. i have the 1.6. i paid about 340.00 and this was the only machine that i could fit into a 22"closet.
I have zero regrets.. you'll love it.

Made by Little Swan Washing Machine Co. in China.  Owned by Midea Co., Little Swan has been making  machines for GE for years.  Until the raised height model front loader assembled in KY, the front loading platform was right off the line in Wuxi, China.
