In yesterday's Cleveland Plain Dealer (September 7, 2005), on page E4, there is a mention of a detergent without chlorine bleach (but with a non-chlorine, and optical brighteners) particularly for whites.

It is marketed by a company called The Laundress (are you holding out on us, sweetie?) and they apparantly have a full line of products.

The site was not particularly easy to navigate, or lavishly illustrated, but was interesting anyway.

Some of their other products seem appealing, too.

However, this line was more expensive than even Mrs. Meyer's.

Hmmm, Should I Sue?

Sorry, not moi, though an interesting idea is being done to death by the likes of Caldrea, Good Home, Mrs. Myers, Jane Inc. and the likes.

By the way, since the founders are two women, shouldn't that be "the launderesses"?

Launderess (no definite article preceeding my name)
