I found this on craigslist yesterday. My partner and I went down picked it up and bought it. Its a Douglas tv. It comes with a turntable that goes along side of a chair. The controls for the tv are all on the chairside turntable.
Nice find on craigslist.

My partner is in the mini storage business. When someone doesn't pay their rent in the storage they auction the stuff off. Sometimes you can get the whole lot for real cheap. Also sometimes the people who do purchase the lot don't want everything in it like vintage tvs/radios, vintage appliances and sometimes jukeboxes. Thats where we found this. Its a Seaburg. The person didn't want it, so we got it for free. Hopefully we'll find some vintage washing machines.

yes
There is a cable that goes from the back of the tv to the chairside console control. There are actually no controls on the tv itself.
