The Hobart one is WAY cooler! I always loved that handwheel on the side to alter the grind. It reminds me of the aftermarket handwheel we have on the quill of manual mill. So much better then a lever or spokes like on a drill press.
Omg one of my earliest memories is sitting in the shopping cart at the A&P at 95th and Antioch in Overland Park KS in the mid 60s as my mom had Eight-O-Clock ground at the checkstand.
Remember those coffee grinds at A&P in Forestville,MD-near Wash DC during the 70's.Never used it-don't drink coffee.Cool machines anyway-used to hang around when someone DID use it.Liked the ground coffee smell-but NOT the taste!
Best Memory of the A&P was going through the front doors and getting hit with the waft of Freshly Ground Coffee.
Then walk 3-4 feet and smell the Rotisserie Chickens. I remember our first supper at our summer home was stopping at the A&P at the Buzzard's Bay Rotary and getting a Rotisserie Chicken that came in a foil lined bag and Potato Salad. The car would smell wonderful on the 10 mine drive to the house.
