There is an ad on page 169 in the December, 1951 BH&G for this range. It makes a big deal of Coolerator being an associate of International Telephone and Telegraph and because of that it has a timer control that can start and stop the master oven, the companion oven, the appliance outlet, the magic Well-E-Vator deep well and the 2100 watt giant 8 inch surface unit. It also featured 7 heat Push-A-Button Color Guide Cooking.
of Westinghouse and Hotpoint in that though the oven had concealed bake units, the oven floor is heavy stainless steel and looks like new, now the bad news the area where the racks slide has a few rusty pin holes, the oven lining comes out like a Frigidaire or GE so it would be no problem to send it to be repaired and re porcelained, it is a much heavier range than even a Frigidaire
WOW! Stainless steel oven floors. I like 7 heat switches, too. Who could guess that when I discovered this magazine ad in 1962 that someday I would know someone who would have that range?
