Dr. Manny just called. Norge timer is OK!!! There is a short in some wires that he found, he has new water valves on order that he said will work, and he is just about to see about some oil leak. He said that is the first machine that will be done.
'51 Westinghouse and Blackstone 250 he will work on later.

The oil seal for the original Norge tranmsission is still avaiable (or at least was five years ago). But they are so old that the rubber had sort of hardened and since it is a standard oil shaft seal I would pick up a brand new one at a bearing/seal store. That is what I did for my '56 Norge when I found oil all over the floor one morning.
