Can't beat Ethel Smith, I don't think anyone could. Out of interest if you watch her playing Tico Tico then for example watch Florian as good as he is playing Tico and look closely she is playing twice the notes that he does especially on the left hand rthythms.

My guess is that the drums are the only pre-recorded track. Everything else appears to be done by splitting each keyboard into different instruments, which has been possible for a long time (at least since 1987 when I bought my Korg).
