its time for dinner again before we all head back home, we where joined by Austin (Ozzie908) who is an appliance engineer and he was bombarded with questions about various machines he had worked on, Thanks Austin, a wealth of information, glad you survived your first mini-meet - which is more can be said for "Oh Darren - Where Where You??"

as we head out the door and jon loads the dishwasher - AGAIN, just want to say a mega big thanks to Jon for hosting, its not easy holding the space and organising whats required, but its well worth it and one consolation, which other hotel has the guests change and wash their bedding , and whizz the Oover`s around!!!Thanks...

Cheers for uploading the pictures Mike!  I had a fantastic weekend; went by too quick as always!  Thanks to everybody for all their help with the catering too - I wouldn't have been able to do it all without the contributions!

 

I didn't have opportunity to take many photos, but snapped a couple over the weekend, mainly of the new additions to my household - not helped by peer pressure lol.

 

My Sebo X4 Extra which I picked up from the British Heart Foundation, much to everybody else's dismay for a tenner!

And eyeing up the new Hotpoint Ultimas in Currys with Rob (when we only popped out to Asda for half an hour, ending up trawling round the electrical superstores of Nottingham... ooops!)

 

Cheers again for coming - now I've had my test run of hosting it's not as daunting as it first seems :)

My first Mini Meet....:)

It was a most memorable occasion for me as I got to meet all these wonderfull modern day Heroes that I have spoken to on the AW site and to have met them in the flesh is amazing! Anyone who is lucky enough to have met or known the gents in question will know that words are not sufficient...:)

Thank you Jon for inviting me and Thank you everyone else for making me feel so welcome.. Can't wait till the next time.

Wow guys as always it looks like you had a fantastic time!!!  One day I hope to be able to experience one of these events!!!  I bet all of you gained a few pounds!!!  Is there a chance that any of you are thinking about the vacuum convention this year?
