Ah, yes. I'd forgotten how huge a radio hit the source- song (I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing) was. We played it in pep band and sang it in choir. It was everywhere---like American Pie.

This takes me back. I remember this from my childhood, and they played it on TV for several years instead of a few months like most commercials.

Christmas version. Perhaps my favorite commercial of all time.

Yep, old enough to remember it, and I always wondered how they panned away on that hilltop to show the hundreds of people singing. Helicopter? Tall crane?

Anyway, in the nearly 40 years since the ad was made, Coke has spread virally worldwide. I visit Ukraine every 1-2 years and it's everywhere.
